1.1. The Service provided by Suprime allows users to create shortened URLs, biolinks, static pages, qr codes and other related services.
1.2. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- Uploading or sharing any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
2. User Accounts
2.1. In order to use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account information up to date.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Content
3.1. By using the Service, you may create and share content, including but not limited to URLs, biolinks, and other related content ("User Content").
3.2. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the User Content. By uploading or sharing User Content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service.
4. Termination
4.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
4.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. 6. Changes to Terms
6.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
6.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
7. About Subscription Plans
7.1. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Iban/Revoult, before chose any plan please contact to us to send payment request link (for visa or mastercard methods) or details about Iban (for bank transfer payments).
7.2. You can cancel your subscription and, you will still have access to all the features that you already paid for until the end of paid date range.
7.3. Yes, an invoice will be automatically generated after any payments from your account.
7.4. We do not offer any refunds!
